all routine monitoring, maintenance, and
troubleshooting for all of your servers and PCs right from our offices.

What's
included?
For one low monthly fee we perform all routine
monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all covered computers and
servers. The following are examples of what we do:
Servers:

Monitor server Event Logs daily.

Monitor tape backup logs daily

Restore a file from tape to test the backup monthly.

Restore deleted or damaged files from tape as needed.

Troubleshoot tape backup issues as needed.
- Add,
remove or modify users.
- Add,
remove or modify permissions to files and folders.
- Add,
remove or modify Exchange Server (or other email system) users and settings.

Troubleshoot server configuration issues.
- Verify
adequate server drive space monthly.
- Verify
virus definition updates monthly and update virus definitions if needed.
- Delete
temporary files on servers monthly.
- Install
Microsoft security patches monthly
Workstations:

Configure or modify settings as needed (Network, Internet, Email, Printers,
Icons, etc.)

Troubleshoot errors as needed
What
is not included?
Some things (like hardware installation, hardware errors, and cabling issues)
simply cannot be resolved online. Other things
(like complex or large software installations, or involved software
troubleshooting) may be accomplished online but involve significantly more time and effort to resolve.
These types of services are not “routine” and would be billed for at our
standard rate. Willits Technologies will
notify the customer of any service that is not covered and get customer approval
before performing any work that will be billed for at our standard rate.
Costs
for Online Network Management:
$100 per month
per server
$10 month per PC
No setup fees!
Reduced rate for on-site service. (If all servers and PCs are covered
under Online Network Management)
Requirements:
You must have a dedicated, high speed
Internet connection (ISDN, DSL, T1, etc.) with a static IP address. Also we
must be able to connect through any firewalls that are in place.
